Whānau Tahi Family Outcomes Report
The family outcomes report is published as a Power BI app.
Accessing the Report from Navigator
Important
The Report is only available through Navigator for Whanau Tahi US Customers.
The report can be access from the Whānau Tahi Back Office App. Within the app, go to:
Reports -> Navigator Reports -> Family Outcomes
The report will open in a new tab.
Accessing the Report from the Power BI web app
The report can also be accessed from the Power BI web app. Go to https://app.powerbi.com
On the Power BI navigator bar, select "Apps"
Open the "WT Outcomes Report". If you do not see the WT Outcomes Report, you need to add the report to your Power BI profile. To do this access the report at least once from within the Navigator environment as described above.
It is suggested that you mark the report as a favorite for easy of access later on.
Selecting service and dates
When viewing the report, select the service that is being reported on, and check the date range on the "Report Selection" page of the report. The remaining pages will automatically update to reflect the selected service and dates.
Report Data Refresh
Data in the report is refreshed daily at 1am (this is the default schedule, but this may be altered by your Power BI Administrator).
When viewing the report, to see the date and time of the last data refresh, use the three dots at the top of the report to select either "Open lineage view" or "View dataset". Either of those pages will show the date and time of the latest update.
Important
The report will not refresh correctly with an empty database. To have the report fresh, you need to have at least one family, one referral, and one plan which contains a goal, a family situation assessment, and a family feedback assessment.
