Features
Referral History tab on Incoming Referral
On the Inbound Referral Form, there is now an additional tab labelled "Referral History". This tab provides a list of past Inbound Referrals (active and inactive) for the Individual on the current Inbound Referral. It is useful for Triage Teams to understand what past engagements the Individual has had before determining the appropriate Service(s) to be assigned.
Impact: UI
Changes to the Process section on the Incoming Referral form
The Process section on the Inbound Referral Form has been standardised to improve the quality and sequence of the information displayed. The sequence now corresponds correctly to the order of the events in the processing of the Referral. It also includes a new field "Submit Date".
Impact: UI
Rōpū (Area Block) function
The Area Block (Rōpū) field for an Individual is automatically populated based on the Individual's entered physical address upon save, which is mapped to predefined Area Block (Rōpū) and Area Block Locator (Rōpū Locator) records configured by a System Administrator. It allows the appropriately allocated team to handle Inbound Referral records if the Area Block (Rōpū) record has been appropriately configured with an associated Team record.
Note
An email is automatically sent to all team members configured for an Area Block (Rōpū) record when an Inbound Referral status is "Received" (after "Send" button is clicked).

Triage Inbound Referral Workflow capabilities
With the setting of a System Configuration entry, a System Administrator can enable or disable the Inbound Referral Triage Workflow feature on the Inbound Referral pathway. It adds an extra stage, titled "Triage", before you click the "Send" button for a given Referral.
Members of the configured Triage Team get a email notification and have the ability decide an appropriate service for this Referral before it is sent.
Impact: UI
Banner changes for Alerts
The Alert display logic has been changed for Individual/Whānau/Plan Form. If an Individual has multiple Alerts, the Alert messages are concatenated and shown on the notification area at the top of the Form. If any of the alerts is High Risk Alert, the message ribbon shows in Red, otherwise, the message shows in orange.
Whānau level Alerts do not show on Individual form.
