Ethnicity Settings
Ethnicity records now include fields for Level, and Search key words. The level field means that all four ethnicity levels can be included in our standard dataset, and customers can control which level of ethnicity coding is appropriate for their needs. This harmonises our ethnicity coding with HISO 10001:2017 Ethnicity Data Protocols. For more information on Ethnicity code tables, see Ministry of Health Ethnicity code tables Note that there is already an existing field labeled Visible (yes or no) which can be used to turn selected ethnicity records on or off.

Fixed plural names on some activities
The plural name for Reviews, Txt Messages, Plan Phone Calls, and Resources have been corrected. Previously the plural form was singular. This created an inconsistent experience in the titles of lists for some views and advanced find queries in the system.

Race table added
A new table Race has been added. This table contains a list of race codes that is used by the Race lookup field on individuals.

Race field added to individual/contact record
A new lookup field Race has been added to the individual/contact record.
Note: This field is added to the data table, but is not added to any of our standard forms in the Aotearoa NZ market, so will not present as a new feature for any existing users. If you wish to implement this feature, you would add this field to your own custom version of the individual/contact form.

Number of Dependents field changes
A new field has been added to the individual/contact record, Number of Dependents (mag_dependents). This is a whole number field that accepts values from 0 to 100.
An existing field that was named Number of Dependents has been renamed to X - Number of Dependents to indicate this is now deprecated and is no longer searchable. This older field captured the number of depedents using an option set containing finte list of numeric options.
Note: This field is added to the individual/contact table, but is not added to any of our standard forms in the Aotearoa NZ market, so will not present as a new feature for any existing users. Residency status table
A new table has been added called Residency Status. This table is not currently used, but in a future release this will be used to replace the current Residency Status option set field with a lookup field. This will allow customers to define their own residency status codes. A standard list of residency codes will be provided initially.

Admin form for plan activity summary
An admin form has been added to the Plan Activity Summary table that allows editing of Plan Activity Summary fields. This form is only accessible to System Administrators. Regular users cannot see or access this form. This form is provided for data correction purposes, and should only be used on advice from Whānau Tahi.

The Plan activity summary table is no longer customisable
Because the plan activity summary table has many dependencies in code, any changes to this table would cause errors and possible data corruption. We have removed the ability to customize this table to protect data integrity.

New activity type: Booking Request
A new plan activity type has been added: Booking Request. Booking requests are used to integrate with the Resource Scheduling System, and/or to external booking systems. Use a booking request activity to raise a request to the scheduling/booking system that appointment should be scheduled for the client.

Could not delete custom assessment
A bug was identified that prevented a custom assessment from being properly deleted from a plan (a function which is only available only to system administrators). This has been resolved.

Incorrect rules for outcome indicator and outcome indicator results on plan outcomes
On the outcome form, the field outcome indicator result was incorrectly made a mandatory field when creating an outcome, forcing the entry of a value before it could be known. This has been resolved, and the field is now optional.

Incorrect tab headings appear on the email activity
The tab names have been renamed appropriately.

Recently viewed records are still enabled on Appointment activity
The recently viewed records option has been disabled for lookups on appointment activities.

Attachment column on plan activity summary
An Attachment column has been added to the plan activity summary grid. This column indicates if the activity has any attached documents. To provide this feature a new field has been added to the plan activity summary table.

WtFetch could not connect to a Navigator system
The WtFetch data tool could not connect to Navigator systems after recent Microsoft updates. The program has been updated with the latest Microsoft libraries to support connections and resolve this problem.
The current version of the WtFetch program is 6.23
