Whānau Tahi Navigator 6.23 Release
Release Notes
Available from July 2022
Footer detail missing on forms
Recent Microsoft updates to the Dynamics 365/Power Platform Universal Client have removed the form footer sections from all forms. This means that record status, modification date, modified by, creation date, created by, and owning user are no longer visible. To address this we have relocated these fields to the form header. Because the header only displays a maximum of four fields, you will need to press the "More Header Fields" button (a downward pointing "V" to the right of the header fields) to view the additional fields.
Impacts: UI | Ref. 24073, 24368
The Complete button is non-responsive on alert activity
Some users have reported the system becomes non-responsive when you press the Complete button on an alert activity. This issue has been resolved.
Impacts: UI | Ref. 24255
The Open button has been moved on the plan activity summary grid
The open button that opens an activity from the plan activity grid has been moved to the beginning of the row (on the left) instead of the right hand side. This makes it easier to open activity records, particularly on screens that are not able to display the entire row without horizontal scrolling.
Impact: UI | Ref. 25381
Disable the most recently used functionality on lookup fields
Microsoft introduced a new feature to lookup fields, called Most Recently Used that provided a list of recently used lookups throughout the system. This had the adverse consequence of making it possible for a user to select invalid data (e.g. from a previous data entry session), because this feature over-rode our standard functionality that limited the options available. To resolve this, we have disabled this feature on lookups through-out the Navigator system. This effectively restores the previous behaviour and means invalid data can't be easily entered.
Impact: UI | Ref. 26076
Enrolment activities remain active after deactivation of referral
Open enrolment activities are now closed when a referral is deactivated.
Impact: Referral Process | Ref. 24836

Individual records now allow the (optional) entry of the client's preferred pharmacy. This has been added to the Medical tab on our default Individual/Contact form. It is possible to email the client's pharmacy from the activity summary section on the plan view which now has an Email Pharmacy button.
Note: A near future release will add a system configuration option that allows this button to be hidden from view.
