Assigning individual to program of unrelated service

It is no longer possible to assign an individual to a group program of an unrelated service

Changes to PrimHD fields

Team code and Setting Code have been removed from Setting and Activity entities respectively. Team Code field has been added to all Activity entities, except for Alert. This field is in the Hidden Fields Tab and auto populated when the form loads with Service populated.

Default Activity Type

We now set the Activity Type to T08 for outbound referrals made on a mental health service that has PrimHD enabled. This saves the user having to set this activity code value. If a different activity code is needed, the user can change it to a different value.

Auto populate service when adding enrolment activities on incoming referral

This saves kaimahi from having to manually lookup the service on the form when adding activities in the enrolment phase of the referral (e.g., adding a new case note)

Custom Assessments – Don’t force Plan Lookup

This is to allow custom assessments to be added during the enrolment phase in the referral

Alert Colour Scheme

The Alert_Colour_Scheme setting can be changed under System Configuration. The Value field consists of three colour codes separated by commas representing the Low, Medium and High alert levels respectively. The default setting is #FFFFFF,#FFBF00,#FF0000 (White, Amber, Red) You can find the colour codes you need by using the Online Color Picker (https://colorpicker.me) For example, to set the colours to Khaki, Amber, Red, you would enter: #F0E68C,#FFBF00,#FF0000. There is no limit on the colors you may choose.

Improve selection of pre-defined outcomes

The list of outcomes includes only those designed for the service, and those with no service specified. Outcomes that do not nominate a service will always be shown. If service is not set at the time, all outcomes will be returned.

Display outcome indicator & indicator result in the outcome grid

Ability to search predefined outcome by service name

Service name has been added to the search view to enable searching by predefined outcomes by service name. This can be used to reduce the number of predefined outcomes that appear in the list, making it easier for kaimahi to choose the right one.

B4 School Checks SDQ’s

Assessments to reflect the Pre-school "Strengths and Difficulties" questionnaire (SDQ) that is required to be completed during the child's B4 School check. These are available in the -T and -P versions (for teachers and parents) and are available in Te Reo Māori and English versions.

Provide clear indication if an activity has attachments

A new column now indicates if there is an attachment on the activity in the plan activity grid that appears below the plan.

Te Pae Oranga - Police Iwi Panel Referrals

There is a new special type of referral called the Te Pae Oranga Referral that is tailored for the needs of Te Pae Oranga. It captures additional information provided by the NZ Police, including victims and offenses. When this is used to record a Te Pae Oranga referral, it will automatically create an incoming referral to the Te Pae Oranga service. A further update in January will include integration to the Policy system to receive electronic referrals and to submit activity data electronically.
