Handle Death Notification from WebPAS

API Broker is adjusted to handle Death notification on Individual form.

This includes two scenarios:

  • If a patient is deceased without a date, Unknown Date of Death shows Yes and Date of Death is blank.
  • If a patient is deceased with a date, Unknown Date of Death shows No and Date of Death shows the date.

Handle Emergency contact phone number from WebPAS

API Broker is adjusted to handle Emergency contact's home phone, mobile and work phone.

Synchronization between Activity Name and Summary

Once you update the summary field on any Activity, the Activity name (heading) updates.

Referral Form Updates

  • Add NHI to the header of both Referral forms (Information and MDHB (renamed to Clinical) Administrator).
  • Add Legal Status to Header of Referral form and auto-populate this field if a Legal Status value exists in the Individual.
  • Hide Related tab items and leave audit history

Bug Fixes

Hide De-Activated Documents

Assessments from Core Documents that have been de-activated are now hidden from the Core Documents Tab in the Plan and Referral.

Fix Multiple START Assessments Creating on Save

An issue with START Assessment saving creating many copies of itself has been resolved.

Show Alerts on Plan

An adjustment has been made to add Alerts to newly created Plan records if the Whānau has any alert records.

Eliminate creation of placeholder data during PAS integration

The creation of Individual is adjusted. Patient information will be retrieved from Dedalas and used to create Individual record instead of temporary placeholder data being added.

Fixes PDF layout issue

The word templates are adjusted as requested. A new table is created to capture extra information and show on the PDF.
