Discharge Summary Clinical Form Updates

The 'DSM IV Principal Diagnosis' field on the Discharge Summary Form has been adjusted to now be able to accept up to 4000 characters.

HoNOS Clinical Form Updates

All fields on the HoNOS form are now mandatory, except for Responsible Service Team, Responsible HCP, Cultural Support, and the NHO Involvement Section. Minor form changes were made to remove redundant locked fields that the user can not alter. Outcome Version field can be edited if you are a System Administrator.

The Responsible HCP and Responsible HCP Team are automatically populated based on the Inbound Referral/Service, if present.

ADOM Clinical Form Updates

Added MH Service Setting, Collection Status and Mode of Administration to the Form. As for HoNOS, minor form changes were made to remove redundant locked fields that the user can not alter, and Outcome Version field can be edited if you are a System Administrator.

The Responsible HCP and Responsible HCP Team are automatically populated based on the Inbound Referral/Service, if present.

HoNOS Copy Previous Scores

When creating a new HoNOS Clinical Form, after selecting the Outcome Tool Type, the system will prompt the user whether they want to copy the scores from the most recent previous HoNOS assessment. If the user agrees, previous entries will be copied in to the new record and can be adjusted from that point.

Search by NHI on the Inbound Referral Screen

When viewing all Inbound Referral records, users can now search by NHI in the small search bar at the top right of the page.

WebPAS Referral ID

Whānau Tahi's API Broker now takes the Referral ID from WebPAS and passes that to Mai i Kōwhai so it is captured in the system. At the moment, this is a backend change, and is not visible to the user. In the future, the WebPAS Referral ID will be added to Forms and Views so it is visible for comparison.

"Group Programs" was corrected to "Group Programmes" on the Mai i Kōwhai.
