Autosave in Core Documents

When you have an Assessment open from Core Documents, it will automatically save as a Draft after 10 minutes to ensure no work is lost when Clinicians have to leave their desk under an emergency or otherwise.

START Assessment Review/Countersign Workflow

Countersigning has been introduced within the START Assessment from Core Documents, allowing the election of a peer reviewer and an automated email that will be sent to whoever is selected after clicking the "Send countersigning request" tick box and filling out the below field. A user must have their account and email configured to receive the notification.

Auto-populate demographic data within the START Assessment

Full Name, Date of Birth, NHI, Gender Identity and Ethnicity will now auto-populate on creation.

Legal Status fields added to START Assessment

Legal Status has been adjusted to be a tick box rather than a single select radio button, and a "Name/Number" Section has been added for free text responses.

Clinical Record Report from Plan

From the Plan for a given Whānau, clicking on "Run Report" -> "Plan Activity Notes" from the Ribbon will now generate a Clinical Record Report capturing all Activities captured in the current Plan, including Case Note, Review, Phone Call, TXT, Exit and Email in a long format PDF.

Clinical Record Report from Referral

From Incoming Referrals, clicking on "Run Report" -> "Referral Case Notes" from the Ribbon will now generate a Clinical Record Report capturing all Case Notes captured against the Incoming Referral, under Enrolment Activities, in a long format PDF.

ADOM Clinical Form Updates

The ADOM Clinical Form has been updated to better match what is currently in WebPAS.

HONOS Clinical Form Updates

The HONOS Clinical Form has been updated to better match what is currently in WebPAS.

Activity Permission Adjustments

Users can now only access their own own activities that they have created. User can read others activities, but not update them.
