Automatic update of Referral, Plan and Whānau name after Individual name change
Now, when an Individual is updated through WebPAS or manually, their Referarl, Plan and Whānau name will update to match their name change.
Note: This only applies where the Referral, Plan and Whānau name have not been modified from the original system format.

Core Documents accessible from Plan Overview Page
The "Core Documents" tab has been added to the Plan page, allowing you to access Core Documents for all Individuals on the Plan you are viewing.
Select an Individual first, then use the grid as you normally would on the Individual.

Discharge Summary Clinical Form implementation
The Dischange Summary Clinical Form has been digitally implemented and added to Mai i Kōwhai. You can access it as you would with any other Clinical Forms from your Plan.

Discharge Summary download as PDF
On the Discharge Summary, Clicians are able to select a "PDF Export" button in the top ribbon that will trigger a download of the Te Whatu Ora Discharge Summary template, populated with data entered in the system.

IDP Review Clinical Form implementation
The IDP Review form has been digitally implemented and added to Mai i Kōwhai, along with the appropriate approval workflow. You can access it as you would with any other Clinical Forms from your Plan.

IDP Review download as PDF
On the IDP Review Clinical Form, Clicians are able to select a "PDF Export" button in the top ribbon that will trigger a download of the Te Whatu Ora IDP Review template, populated with data entered in the system.

IDP Review clone functionality
On the IDP Review Clinical Form, Clinicians can select a "Clone" button in the top ribbon, which will create a copy of the currently open IDP Review with all the same data in the "Draft" status to reduce duplicated data entry.

MCH Eclair Link
The "External Links" section on the left-hand-side Navigation panel has been updated to include an addition item, now displaying two Eclair links as "MCH Eclair" and "MedLab Eclair".

Ability to close Referrals for System Administrators
Only as the Microsoft out of the box Security Role, "System Administrator", you can now set the Exit Date for Referrals in order to close them.

PRIMHD Setting Codes
The PRIMHD Setting Code drop down will now include all Setting Codes with no filtering.
