Language changes to match Mid-Central model of care

"Assessments" throughout the Mai i Kōwhai application have been renamed to "Clinical Forms". This is throughout the entire application.

Mai i Kōwhai app visual changes

As part of Microsoft's continued updates and Whānau Tahi's commitment to refining the UI of Mai i Kōwhai, you may notice most elements have minor to moderate visual changes to align to Microsoft's design style.

Removal of unnecessary Views

When viewing the list of Inbound Referrals in Mai i Kōwhai, a long list of selections are present when clicking the Views drop down in the top left of the screen. Several options have been removed from this drop down to enable easier navigation, and reduction of clutter.

Cultural intervention field on Referrals

On the General tab of the Referral Screen, a tick box has been added titled "Cultural Intervention". Upon checking this box, Clinicians are able to specify one of the three cultural intervention options of Maori Intervention, Pacific Intervention or Other Cultural Intervention, the final being a free text specification as needed.

Wellbeing Recovery Plan download as PDF

Under the Wellbeing Recovery Plan, Clicians are able to select a "PDF Export" button in the top ribbon that will trigger a download of the Te Whatu Ora Wellbeing Assessment template, populated with data entered in the system.

Wellbeing Recovery Plan clone functionality

Only under the Wellbeing Recovery Plan, Clinicians can select a "Clone" button in the top ribbon, which will create a copy of the currently open Wellbeing Recovery Plan with all the same data in the "Draft" status to reduce duplicated data entry.

Back-end work is happening to enable this for all Clinical Forms.

Latest START Assessment inclusion

When viewing an Individual, under Core Documents, the latest SMART Assessment has been updated in Connected Care to reflect the physical document.
