Default to Show completed on Plan view

When viewing a plan, the default option for displaying activities in the grid history was Hide Completed. This will now default to Show Completed.

Assessment type on Assessment activity

When creating a new assessment, the field Assessment Type is to be made optional.

Login landing page

The login landing page now shows All Referrals, where it used to be My Referrals.

Default filter option on Plan

The default filter for text fields appearing in the history on the plan view was "Is equal to". This has been changed to "Contains" which requires less specificity in finding a particular record.

Legal status dates are sent from WebPas but were reflecting as the day before in Mai Kowhai. This has been addressed.

Calendar popup

The calendar that appears when entering a date field was displaying the American date format. This has been addressed and now displays correctly.
