Change order of Plan Activity Notes to Chronological order (not Service order)

In the past, the activity notes report data was arranged according to the service order. To meet new requirements, we have now sorted the data chronologically, eliminated the "group by services" option, and included a service field above the notes on the report.

Comprehensive Assessment SSRS report

  • The following fields have been added to the Comprehensive assessment SSRS report

    • Family Violence Screening Completed
    • Oranga Tamariki Referral Indicated
    • Safety Plan Discussed
    • Referral to other Family Support Agencies
    • Family Violence Resources Provided

  • The report has been updated so that the order of the fields match what is on the form.
