Referral Settings

The following settings can be used to change the behaviour of the referral process.

System Configuration

These settings are found in Whānau Tahi Back Office > Configuration > System Configuration

Referral History
Show_Referral_Hisotry
TRUE When viewing a referral, a section listing the history of referrals for the client (current and past) is shown.
FALSE The history of referrals is not shown.
Enable_Enrolement_Activity_Button
TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE*TRUE/FALSE A series of eight words, either TRUE or FALSE, separated by an asterisk between each word. The first TRUE/FALSE is used to enable (TRUE) or disable (FALSE) the Case Note button during the enrollment stage of a referral. The second TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the Consent button. The third TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the Assessment button. The fourth TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the Appointment button. The fifth TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the BookingRequest button. The sixth TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the Email button. The seventh TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the TextMessage button. The eighth TRUE/FALSE enables or disables the Alert button. E.g., to allow all buttons, use TRUE*TRUE*TRUE*TRUE*TRUE*TRUE*TRUE*TRUE. To allow only case notes, use TRUE*FALSE*FALSE*FALSE*FALSE*FALSE*FALSE*FALSE, etc. Note: Enabling or disabling these buttons only affects users' ability to add new activities of these types. Any pre-defined enrollment activities of these types will still be present and can be completed regardless of this setting.
Enable_Triage
TRUE The triage stage on inbound referrals is enabled
FALSE The triage stage on inbound referrals is not enabled.
REFERRAL_PARENTALCONSENT
REQUIRED The system requires parental consent to be recorded on referrals for minors (defined as children 16 and under)
NOT REQUIRED The system will not require parent consent to be recorded on referrals for minors.
Restrict Referral Activation
TRUE Once a referral is closed, it should not be possible to reactivate it.
FALSE If a referral is closed, it may be reactivated. Note that doing this means that the referral may be stepped through the referral stages a second time. It should be used with caution.
TePaeOranga_Service_Name
[service name] Enter the name of the service that will be used by the Te Pae Oranga referral shortcut. The name must be typed exactly as it is on the contract service.
TO Service Name
[service name] Enter the name of the service that will be used by the Tamariki Ora/Well-Child referral shortcut. The name must be typed exactly as it is on the contract service.
